1. Digital Content (eBooks, Courses, Podcasts, Webinars)

    All purchases of digital content such as downloadable files, online courses, webinars, or exclusive podcasts are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is due to the immediate nature of delivery and the inability to revoke access after purchase.

    However, if:

    The file is corrupt or inaccessible

    You are unable to access the content due to a technical issue from our end

    Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist or offer a resolution.


    2. Event Tickets (Workshops, Seminars, Online Events)

      Refunds will be granted if:

      The event is canceled by Dogi Media

      You cancel at least 72 hours before the event date

      Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

      No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.


      3. Advertising or Sponsored Content Services

        Refunds for advertising, branded content, or sponsored posts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only eligible if:

        The campaign has not yet been started

        You request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment

        If creative work or content development has already begun, a partial refund may be provided after deducting service charges.


        4. Subscription Plans (if applicable)

          If Dogi Media offers subscription-based content or premium access:

          You may cancel your subscription at any time

          Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused content

          If you were charged in error, please contact us within 5 days for review
